Initiated in February 1996 as a long term travel related Internet development project. Globe Trekker has been providing business travellers and adventure seekers with online information regarding hotels, restaurants and tour operators that focus on the needs of our members.

With our desire to develop the best travel site on the net for our users we are constantly updating, modifying and adding new services to the web site. The latest version of Globe Trekker was released for public viewing on September 30th, 2004.

Our database of tour operators, hotels, restaurants and venues is continuously updated. More services will be added to the site regularly making it a valuable source of travel information on the web today and for years to come.
